Founder / Chairman

A prominent businessman, industrialist and a journalist with vast experience in the education sector as well, Mr. Mohammed Abdussalam has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the field of construction and gold industry. Mr. Mohammed Abdussalam is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Safa and KTB Group of Companies, an emerging business group with business activities in India, Saudi Arabia and UAE. He is one of the founder directors of Media One TV and also the Director of Alternative Investment and Credits Ltd (AICL), a non-banking financial company based in Cochin. He also served as the President of Cement Block Manufacturer’s Association, Malappuram.

Chief Exective Officer

Mohammed Rashad KT is the CEO of KTB Bricks since 2017. He is responsible for the group’s strategic development and branding, also the management of KTB Logistics across the state. Under Mohammed Rashad’s leadership, the group has extended the production capacity and market expansion. The group is also investing on new innovation and technology to assure the best quality and service to its customers. Mohammed Rashad KT graduated from Coventry University, United Kingdom in M.Sc. International Business. He is a graduate in strategic management and leadership, and attained global professional consultancy from Chartered Management Institute in London.
